We have partnered with I-Deal Networks for a 2 day workshop on “M&A and PE deals” focused on structuring, Legal documentation and negotiation.
The workshop fee was USD 200. We have negotiated for our members at USD 75 only. Out of this, The Chapter would contribute USD 25 so that our members pay only USD 50 (KD 15~).
Nowadays M&A is a regular activity for most of the businesses and a CA role is important in this. CFOs are primary advisors to CEOs and owners.
